Workshop

Monday 20 September 2010 par Magali Garcia

By attending the workshop, each Eurodisplay 2011 participant will have the unique opportunity to update his/her knowledge at the forefront of display innovations” stated François Templier, Workshop Chair of Eurodisplay 2011.

Eurodisplay 2011 will kick-off on September 19th with a one-day workshop featuring eight seminars on a variety of fields playing important roles in information display activities, from new display materials to display manufacturing and commercialization. Seminars will deal with display technologies such as LCDs, OLEDs, together with hot topics like picoprojectors, flexible displays, e-readers, touch-screen technologies and microdisplays.

Presenting organizations include many of the industry’s leading manufacturers and academic institutions from around the world dedicated to the innovation of displays, such as Merck, Plastic Logic, Stantum, Fraunhofer Institute and the University of Ghent, to name a few.

The workshop should be of interest not only to researchers and engineers, but also to those who manage companies and institutions in the display community.
